
12 Week Coaching consists of check-ins every other day on how the lift went and video technique corrections. The method used in this coaching will be my twist of the conjugate method or if you are a novice, the RPE method or linear progression will be done. This package is more challenging. Also will help track core lifts to make sure you are moving forward with them.
Quinton can offer meal plan advice but he is not a certified nutritionist.
